In his three-decade-long career, Salman Khan has always acted in and produced “clean” entertainers, with no kissing scenes or nudity. In an interview with a newspaper, he revealed that the only A-rated films he would sign would be high on action.”The kind of films that are being made (especially some of the stuff jo web pe aa raha hai) are shocking! I can’t even watch the stuff, but people are watching it. I understand that is also private viewing, phone pe, laptop pe. Akele dekhne mein bhi humko thoda aisa lagta hai ki yeh kya ho raha hai. Because hamari upbringing hai, parents hain,” he said.Salman said that even now, the audience feels awkward when they watch a kissing scene. “Instead of ones and twos coming in to watch movies, I’d rather want our banner (Salman Khan Films) to have films where people know they will have the naughtiness, humour, action and romance, but all of us can watch them together. That’s what I want to keep it to. Aur agar koi picture ‘A’ rated hogi, then it will be because of action. I’m not for kissing and nudity in films at all,” he said.On the work front, Salman will be seen next on the big screen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat, which is an official remake of the Korean drama An Ode To My Father and will depict the history of India through the life of an ordinary man. Salman will be sporting five different looks, spanning over 60 years.advertisementBharat, which also features Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi and Sunil Grover in pivotal roles, is set to hit the screens on Eid 2019.ALSO SEE | Salman Khan’s niece Alizeh Agnihotri turns princess in new pic.
