The items are hand-crafted and finished by skilled artisans who have been infected or affected by HIV or AIDS.Up to 68% of the gross proceeds from the sale of each bangle will go directly to the Mandela Foundation and the 46664 charity, which aims to eradicate HIV/AIDS through its innovative support and education programs globally.
